Can a Corporation in a VideoGame share the same name as a Corporation in real life without legal issues?

Not if you make everyone at 'company' mentally retarded, or all black people, or something. Then the real company couldn't say they were copied. Because only McDonald's could say a video game company with mentally retarded black people was a rip off.
