Pick two WRs for a PPR league?

How tough choice as you can't go wrong with either. But if I had to choose it would be Johnson and White. If not Johnson and White, Marshall and Johnson. You definitely can't go wrong with Wayne either, but I feel Manning as way too many weapons to spread the ball around.
