What's this going to look like to a college?

Essentially all through school (just finished tenth) ive done some mad slacking... my cl averages have been from As-Ds but ive never failed a cl and on my finals i usually make as high as possible. I live in NC so ive been kinda wanting to go to either UNC, Duke, or Appalachian state which you cant make bad grades and go to... I kinda want to make nothing but A's and B's in 11th & 12th but will this even help, or have i dug too big a hole?
