Will I grow anymore?

My doctor took x-rays of my feet and said the growth plates in my feet had closed. Does that meen all of the growth plates are closed and will I stop growing. I'm almost 15. I'm worried because I'm like 5'6'' and I'm a track sprinter. 5'5'' is pushing it but I was just wondering. Thanks in advance.
