When "W" pes, can he be buried at Arlington or is it reserved for people that served this country?

He did serve the country; he's spent time in the National Guard plus 7.5 years as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, and will spend an additional 0.5 years in that capacity. Where he's buried is up to him.
