Question about deviantART usage and copyright?

There are a couple of artists pictures that I love on deviantART and I wanted to post them in my albums on facebook, and maybe as my profile picture as well. I do photoshop and I was also going to change the colors of some of them. Would it be enough to post in the description area that the art is not mine and post a link to the original artwork? Or would I need to do more than that to not get in trouble for copyright infringement. The artist's work is there's and they deserve the proper credit. So is that enough?
