Is it normal for a kitten to not like being handled?

My 3 month old kitten does not like being handled at all. She doesn't even like being patted. It's okay to pat and hold her when she's tired, sleepy or just woken up. She loves to play aggressively and whenever I or my family or even visitors want to pat and cuddle her she, hisses, growls, runs away scratches or bites. She just seems shy. She is only comfortable around me. This is becoming very anti social. What shall I do? She's a healthy kitten btw.
