Would you say something or just leave it alone?(referring my son's stillbirth)?

First, I am SOOOO sorry for your loss. Mive amount of hugs. Second I would most def say something. I would even look into malpractice. At your 20 week anatomy scan they are supposed to do a thorough exam of every part of the body and look for any anomalies. The brain is a pretty large organ for them to miss. I wouldn't worry about offending anyone they should understand. Your in my prayers.
