What is the best way?

I'm workiing in a buying house, I've to send samples to various country regarding this I have to call UPS, FedEx, DHL and other Courier Companies. Whenever I call to customer care they response me like this "Hi I'm ABC, how may I ist you? Pls advise what is the correct way to have good conversation, I mean how I should response, Is this correct to say that I have a packet to be sent to XYZ destination?
