What should i do about my girlfriend!?!?

alright so i really like this girl we've been dating for like a year now and have had an amazing relationship but lately she is picking up her phone and trying to hang out with me less and less and is starting to get really secretive about what she's doin all the time. idk man she just really pisses me off sometimes and i cant stand her but at the same time i really like her and cant imagine not being with her. we talked and she said that our relationship isnt doing so gread "we need to rekindle the flame" but as much as i keep trying to make it the way it was before, she just isnt putting in the effort. she said that if things dont get better she may want to "take a break" but if i havent ever and wont ever go out with any girl twice. if we break up, we break up completely, if not, then we dont. basically i dont know what to do i really like her but at the same time cant stand her should i just end it or wait it out and give her some space for a while. **** man this sucks ha
