Please need help with my cousin!!!?

did anybody watch that show "brat camp" a few years ago? well that red head, jaeda, aka the phantom duker, is my cousin. that place didnt help her at all. she still does drugs and drinks like a fiend but thats acually not the biggest problem. she is VERY selfish. she just doesnt care about anybody but her self. i was over her house and i was putting on makeup when i accidentally ripped out my nose ring. i was bleeding like crazy and ran into her bathroom. i yelled to her asking for some rubbing alcohol or something to disinfect it. she just sat there, cross legged eating her food watching tv. her only response was "na" in a low voice that says im trying to watch tv. i then asked if she had a nose ring or small earing so the hole doesnt close up. she said no even though i know she did. i havent spoke to her in a month because she invited me over to her house and then went to work. i didnt have a car or any food (she had just moved in to the apartment) and she hadnt set up cable yet. i sat there for 12 hours starring at the wall. please give me some advise.
