Problems with my friend?

im having a few problems with a good friend of mine. she never, i mean, never wants to meet up with me. theres always some excuse and i hardyl ever see her unless we are going out to a big party/rave and then she isnt sober she experiments with drugs. she doesnt really do anything with her life so she cant say shes 'busy' cos she never is. we never just 'hang out' causally with her being sober. i notice her picking stuff from me, like copying my style aand stuff sometimes. i spoke to a mutual friend and she said that apparently she doesnt know who she is when im with her that she cant hide away. that im draining. and she changes her style to me. she also has a borderline personality which she just quit treating. advice? today we had a row cos i confronted her about it and she said she didnt want to speal to me again i dont know what to do.
