Realtors, I need your advice!!!!!!!?

I am currently in negotiations with a seller for a house. With everything that's happening with the market, I'm not sure if I should stick with this final offer of $187,000 and see what happens or offer $192,000?(I can't afford any more). The house was on the market for 219,900 for almost 6 months now. I was their only offer. We negotiated and they dropped to $205,000. (It really is worth that much but I can't afford it. I walked away from it 10 days ago). Now my realtor said they called her and asked if I wound come closer to $200,000 she could probably coax them into accepting it. The owners need to be out by the end of October! Should I wait at $187.00? It's pushing it at $192,000 for me financially. I know it's low but I wanted to see if they would bite. Should I wait a bit or go ahead and offer $192,000? Who knows if they would even take that? HELP ME I'm FreaKin' OuT!
