I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE... feeling like im going to die undiagnosed...?

Is the pain in your back on one side of the spinal column when you breath in? If it is you could have a rib out of alignment. Try a chiropractor. I've even had one out in the front. They are painful and they hurt every breath you take. Regular doctors will not usually consider this.
