Is he trying to make me jealous? :/?

I was talking to this guy and he said "i uhmm.. nvm.." so i told him to tell me but he didnt till the next day, he said "i was gonna tell you that i like you.." so i asked if he likes me still and he said i dont know.. so i asked my friend (also his friend) to ask him if he likes me still and he forgot to ask lol so i met the guy at the park and he was with his ex and he said they got back together, i was with my cousin and my cousin said "hey darcy, annd.. girl?" and he said "its my y girlfriend".. around me he calls her "y girlfriend" around everyone else he calls her by her name.. i like him and he knows i do.. what is he doing? :S is he trying to get me jealous or what.. cause its upsetting me :l a lot.. what is he doing and what do i do?
