i wanna know what is the best way to strengthen chest muscles in a small amount of time (time it takes for a work out wise. not really concerned with time to get results the quickest way)...i want to make my chest muscles stronger so that when i get older i wont have the old saggy and instead nice perky uns still lol. thanks a lot...men what are some of ur work outs that keep ur chest nice and up there that a woman can do?
